Fans Are in TEARS! The SHOCKING Final Tally of Which FWAW 2026 Couples Are Still Together Will Leave You Speechless!

This season of Farmer Wants A Wife is almost finished, so which of the farmers is still with their chosen lady?

It’s been a dramatic season of Farmer Wants A Wife, and it’s finally come to an end.

Despite being the country’s most successful dating show, many fans have been watching on with cynicism this time round, as the once-wholesome format has been accused of being “scripted”, “tacky” and akin to Married At First Sight.

We’ve had major fights, several walk-outs, and even one return (hey, Ally), but if there’s one thing that will appease a frustrated bunch of reality TV viewers, it’s the potential for love.

So, now that the season is over and all the farmers have decided on their lady, the question is: are they still together?

Farmer Dylan and Ally

Farmer Dylan and Ally’s romance was a whirlwind from the very beginning, with the pair experiencing everything from blindfolded chocolate eating to meeting the grandparents.

Even when Ally stormed off the farm and broke trust with the rodeo cowboy, he ultimately decided to take her back when she returned during the black tie event (much to the other girls’ dismay).

The pair shared a clear connection from the start, but since the show wrapped, we want to know if they’re still together.

But, admittedly, it’s a bit of a grey zone.

In the teaser for the reunion episode, it looks like Dylan and Ally are very unhappy with each other and are sitting far apart on the couch, so much so that host Natalie Gruzlewski comments on how negative their “body language” is.

Neither of the two has posted on Instagram since their episode aired on July 19 (unlike other couples after their final episode aired), so that doesn’t give us many clues; however, Dylan did admit to New Idea that he had bought a Nokia flip phone since the show started to cope with the onslaught of online commentary.

While there have been pesky online rumours that none of the couples except Zac and Maya are still together, there are a few other clues that suggest the contrary when it comes to Dylan and Ally.

A recent TikTok posted online shows farmers Dylan, Zac and Jarrad (who are all South Australia-based) watching an episode of the show together, and despite the camera staying firmly on the men, quite a few fans claim they could “hear Ally” in the background.

There has been no response to any of the comments on the video to confirm or deny it.

Lastly, and possibly the weakest clue (but still worth mentioning!) is the fact that, when I spoke to Farmer Dylan after his first episode aired last month, I had a gut feeling that he watched the first episode with Ally.

I interviewed Dylan the following morning, and when I asked who he watched the episode with, he listed members of his family and his Scottish in-laws, then stuttered when he went to say a name.

While I admittedly didn’t hear him say Ally, I had a feeling he was going to say her name.

Guess we’ll need to wait until the reunion to find out if my spidey senses were right.

Farmer Jarrad and Brodie

Jarrad’s attraction to Brodie was evident from the start, even though Yvonne ultimately decided to walk away from the almond farmer and take his final decision away from him, he claims his heart was firmly set on Brodie.

However, months after the show aired, it’s unclear if the pair are still together now.

While neither has posted since their final episode was aired on July 19, Brodie did post a photo of just the two of them at the black tie dinner just a week ago  — something that not all the contestants have done.

New Idea claims the pair are no longer together, and even suggested that the farmer is back in touch with Kyiah Jones, one of his girls who didn’t make it back onto his farm.

Sadly, there aren’t many other clues online about this pair, so we wait with bated breath.

Farmer Zac and Maya

After agonising over which girl to send home at each stage throughout the season, Zac finally decided he wanted 22-year-old Maya by his side — the medical receptionist from Melbourne.

The farmer said he couldn’t stop “smiling and giggling” when he was with her, and although he admitted to having more of an initial “spark” with Mieke, he chose Maya, saying he could see a future with her.

But are they still together after filming ended late last year? We won’t know until the reunion, but internet clues (and a few comments made by Mieke) are pointing to yes.

While speaking to WHO about Zac’s decision to pick Maya, Mieke admitted she was happy for the pair and could see they’re a great match for each other.

“Watching him and Maya on screen, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, you guys are so perfect for each other. Like, yeah, it actually makes me happy watching it’,” she said. “Friends are like, ‘Are you jealous?’ And I’m like, ‘No, look how cute they are. I even messaged Maya, and I was like, girl, you guys are so cute’.”

While she could be speaking retrospectively, it definitely looks positive.

Also, a now-deleted TikTok from Zac’s sister Issy showed three photos of her sitting and smiling with Maya, with the caption suggesting she never doubted that Maya would be the one chosen by her brother.

While this could, of course, just be referring to his decision on the show, it’s a big statement to make if the couple have since gone their separate ways.

The fact that she has since taken it off social media could suggest that it was a spoiler — something the producers of the show will want to keep for the reunion.

Last but not least, Maya herself shared a photo of her and Zac on the same day his final decision was aired.

It read: ‘The dress is giving ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’ but the heart doesn’t want to lose this guy in 10 days’.

We’re smiling from ear to ear, over here.

In a move that shocked many of us, Farmer Jason picked Poppy — the business development manager — over Logan.

The dairy farmer expressed that he wanted to find a stepmother for his children, and ideally someone open to having more kids with him, and despite Poppy expressing she wasn’t set on kids, his heart was firmly with her in the end.

So is the connection still as strong as it was?

Neither has spoken about their relationship status since the end of the show; however, rumours online are suggesting they have since called it quits.

New Idea claims Jason and Poppy are no longer together, and we couldn’t even do a little internet sleuthing on Jason’s Instagram account because it’s currently private.

The photo Poppy shared of her and Jason dressed up on the final night of the show has a caption that reads, ‘Well, we glammed up pretty alright’ — a notably lukewarm comment on their relationship compared to Maya’s.

We wait with bated breath!

Farmer Alex never shied away from making it incredibly obvious that Eddy was the woman for him, to the point that the other girls on his farm were left wondering if there was any point in them still being there.

Unfortunately for the couple, a spoiler in the TV guide confirmed that they end up together – but hey, we always knew that this would be the case!

Speaking to WHO, Alex confided that he hadn’t ever planned on leaving early.

“Was there any point where I thought about leaving the experience with Eddy or anyone else? Like, I guess it’s sort of hard. I have a fairly active mind, and you know, a million things pass through my mind in one day, so look, probably at some point,” he explained.

“But ultimately I was having a really great time with the experience, and to be plain, I was really enjoying seeing the lads every week, you know?”

The mushroom farmer continued, “We get out to the Hunter Valley, and we hang out and do some weird event, and whatever. The whole thing was just wonderful, you know, like getting all these dates and going to beautiful places and sharing it with people that you’re trying to connect with.”

He finished by saying, “I certainly didn’t deny myself wanting to leave early, though.”

However, we are sad to report that it appears Alex and Eddy are no longer together!

According to New Idea, the pair quietly broke up not long after filming wrapped at the end of last year.

“The plan was always to protect the ending,” one insider told the magazine. “Everyone wanted viewers to believe they were still together.”

Friends say he’s heartbroken by the breakdown of the relationship and has been spending time in Brisbane with family who are supporting him.

“Alex genuinely thought this could work,” the insider adds. “He’s taken the break-up really hard.”

The farmer’s runner-up, Rachel, also told the magazine that she felt Alex was just “infatuated” with Eddy, adding, “He just couldn’t see the fact that they were not compatible.”

The publication has also revealed that Eddy is now dating an Aussie-based Frenchman, who goes by the name ‘Matthis’.

In photographs published by New Idea, the pair is seen holding hands and walking with their arms around each other.

Eddy and Matthis were apparently introduced by mutual friends at the beginning of the year and have been inseparable since.
