“I’m Moving On!” MAFS’ Rhi Just Dropped a BOMBSHELL Update on Her Family Plans After the Brutal Jeff Gobbels Split!
Married at First Sight star Rhi Disljenkovic has taken a huge step towards her future family plans following her split from Jeff Gobbels.
The 36-year-old revealed she is “going ahead” with egg freezing in a candid update online on Tuesday after “deciding” whether she would be having children last month.

“The ball is rolling, and I am so, so excited,” she said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories, asking her followers for advice on preparing her body for both egg freezing and IVF.
The reality star, who shared news of her shock split from Gobbels on June 2, revealed she was flooded with questions about why she was moving forward with the procedure.
“Being the age I’m at, you go through a rollercoaster of emotions where you’re feeling empowered and really good about … I guess this stage in my life,” she explained.
“And there’s other days where I’m like, where did I go wrong? Why am I here right now?”
Disljenkovic acknowledged that everyone’s timeline is “so, so different” and by going down the egg freezing route, she feels it can help “take the pressure” off.
“Relationships sometimes don’t work out and what you thought, doesn’t always go to plan a lot of the time,” she admitted.
The star was “very well aware” the procedure doesn’t always work for everyone, but she felt having egg freezing in her “back pocket” was the right next thing to do.

“Fingers crossed for me, if it doesn’t [work] I might have to do a round two or three,” she said.
“I feel for the people who put pressure on themselves because I know what that’s like.”
The star revealed she has her consultation in less than a month and is preparing her body the best she can.

New to the process, she’s hoping to share “the most in-depth, raw version of my egg-freezing journey” with fans to hopefully answer some questions they may have.
This isn’t the first time Disljenkovic has opened up about wanting children one day.
Following her split in June, the bride revealed she was preparing her body for a baby but has realised that “plan has changed”.

“It’s a bit daunting not knowing when I’m actually going to be having children,” she said at the time.
Disljenkovic has also shared she has a history of endometriosis, which can affect a woman’s fertility.
Disljenkovic and Gobbles revealed the news of their split in separate Instagram posts in June. Neither shared the reason but both acknowledging it was “one of the hardest decisions” they ever had to make.
