“They Can’t Operate!” Kyle Sandilands’ TERRIFYING Brain Aneurysm Confession Will Leave You in Tears!
Kyle Sandilands has shared an update on his health struggles, and revealed the tough news he received from doctors earlier this year.
Kyle Sandilands has opened up about his health struggles, revealing that he would need to undergo a complex surgery in order to address a potentially life-threatening issue.
Sandilands was given a shock brain aneurysm diagnosis last year, and in an unfortunate update on the condition, he told The Debrief podcast that doctors are unable to perform a standard keyhole surgery as the aneurysm is in a difficult location.
“They can’t really operate on the [aneurysm] on the head because it’s attached to multiple blood vessels,” he said.

“So the normal thing they can do with keyhole, they can’t do it. It’s behind my right eye. So they said they would have to cut all the way down this side [of my face] like a massive scar.”
To address the aneurysm, he said doctors would have to “pop” his skull open.
“I’m already dealing with this,” he added, pointing to his body. “So imagine [looking like] Frankenstein as well. [They have to] pop your skull out and get in there. And I was like, ‘You know, let’s just see if it grows first’.”
Sandilands also shared an update on a chest aneurysm doctors discovered last year, insisting that he’s still under supervision from doctors.

“I’ve got to go to the cardiovascular surgeon because I’ve got another aneurysm in my chest as well. So they’ve got to monitor that one. And then in a couple of months’ time, they go and they have to go through that whole scan process again to see if it’s grown.”
Sandilands has this week begun dropping a tell-all four-part documentary series after he and his now-estranged co-star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson were dumped from their KIISFM breakfast show following an on-air clash in February.

In the second episode which dropped Wednesday, Sandilands suggested that his bust-up with Henderson wasn’t actually the real reason he was unceremoniously dumped by the radio network.
Opening up about the reaction from fellow Aussie radio stars, Sandilands suggested that some of his rivals appeared to be revelling in his downfall.
“You’ve got some other radio stations that were enjoying it,” he said on Kyle Sandilands Live. “F**k off, you flops. It was a great deal.”
