“Best $7 I Ever Spent!” The SHOCKING Secret Behind Kyle and Karl’s New Show is FINALLY Exposed!
Kyle Sandilands has been busy and with some help from his manager he has pulled one over — on all of us.
Kyle Sandilands and Karl Stefanovic have no current plans to combine forces, despite having business domain names registered.
The domain names KyleandKarl.com.au and KarlandKyle.com.au were registered in June 2026 by Kyle’s company, King Kyle Group Pty Ltd.
The idea of Kyle and Karl teaming up made some sense, as both are currently striking out on their own for the first time in their long and lucrative careers.
Plus, they are also mates, but Kyle’s long-term manager and collaborator, Bruno Bouchet, has just appeared on the Game Changers podcast, hosted by former radio executives Craig Bruce and Irene Hulme — and admitted it wasn’t a go.
In a hilariously candid moment, Bruce asked Bouchet if he registered the domain names as a bit of “clickbait and s**t stirring”, and the manager admitted that was the reason.
“Yeah, absolutely. There was nothing to it,” he said.
“I had a journo calling me like, ‘What do you think about Karl and Kyle?’ And while I was talking to this journo, I registered both domains, and it was the best $7 I spent.”

He also revealed that he actually didn’t think a Kyle and Karl show would ever really work, because they’re too similar.
“I’ve always thought about, with like a producer’s hat on, what would Karl and Kyle’s chemistry bring? Like if you were listening to it, what’s unique about the chemistry?” he asked.
“Two rich white guys talking to one another who are of similar age (and) experience? That isn’t having a go at either of them, but with any partnership, you try to figure out what the secret sauce is.
“What is the output that is going to be unique?”
Bouchet added that individually, they’re both clearly fantastic talents, but he doesn’t see how a daily show with the pair co-hosting would work.

Beyond stamping out the Karl and Kyle rumours, which he admittedly started, Bouchet also revealed that Kyle’s first broadcasting venture outside of ARN, Kyle Sandilands Live, will launch on August 10.
You’ll be able to listen by subscribing to an app, which is also where subscribers can watch a four-part documentary about Kyle rebuilding his life after being terminated from The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

Bouchet also said that the live show will be uncensored, but that Kyle will be the one leading the charge on profanity.
“When you’re looking at roles on the show, Kyle is always going to be the more outrageous one, and if a producer does swear and is matching Kyle, then Kyle has to go further, and that’s dangerous,” he said.
According to Bouchet, the app will look like “Netflix but with a live component”, and the show will also feature live music, with listeners able to video call in.
He added that he’s pretty sure no one has done something like this in Australia yet, and said the best comparison would be Howard Stern’s Howard 360 platform, but it wasn’t “quite as interactive” as Kyle’s app will be.
And Bouchet said while Stefanovic would not appear on the show in any regular capacity, he was sure he would pop up at some point.
