Kyle Sandilands has launched a blistering personal attack on Sunrise’s Natalie Barr after the TV presenter levelled some hard questions at the ex-radio star.
Ahead of Kyle’s new show launching this week, he sat down with Nat on the Channel 7 program to talk about what audiences could expect.
But it certainly wasn’t an easy breezy chat.

Nat put Kyle through his paces and questioned whether he regretted any of his previous comments about women or the disabled community.
She even asked whether Kyle would want his four-year-old son, Otto, to listen to previous episodes of The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
On the second day of Kyle Sandilands Live, he hit out at the line of questioning and revealed what he would have said if he could have been more unfiltered.
“I was going to say, ‘It’s strange you’re bringing up my son when you’re sitting here with these scaly legs that clearly need some sort of Palmer’s Butter put on them,'” he said to his streaming audience, according to news.com.au.
He claimed Nat’s legs were “very scaly” on the day of their Sunrise interview, but he held off saying the nasty comment on-air because he “respects women”.
However, now that he was in his own domain on his show, he felt the need to air his true feelings.
What happened when Kyle Sandilands was on Sunrise?
During his interview last week, he defended his past indiscretions behind the microphone and called them “learning lessons”.
But he also placed much of the blame on the listeners.
“When I’ve done things, and a lot of these things have been perceived to have been bad, some are genuinely bad or mistakes or stupid things that I’ve said,” he said.
“But they’re really just jokes.
“And then ‘someone’ is offended. It only takes one person to be offended in this day and age, and then the whole world has to stop.”
He claimed some of his controversies get “twisted” by other radio stations to make his comments sound “more dramatic”.
Following the tense chat, he posted a video on social media where he fumed over the line of questioning.
“Just leaving Sunrise. Obviously, I’ve dropped a grenade in there, daring to question Nat about ‘So, you’re horrible to women and handicapped people and anyone with any sort of sadness?’
“No, I’m not, that’s b******t that you read in the newspaper.”
