LEAKED: Channel 10’s Secret Plan to Revive The Bachelorette – And the Hilarious Star They’re Tapping to Lead It!
New reports suggest that a major TV and radio star could soon be giving out roses as the next Bachelorette amid rumours Ten is bringing back the format.
Carrie Bickmore is being tipped as the next Australian Bachelorette as industry insiders reveal Channel Ten’s hopes of reviving the iconic dating show.
According to Woman’s Day, the former Project star and current co-host of Hit Network’s Carrie & Tommy is a perfect fit as the franchise’s leading lady following its five-year hiatus.
“Carrie has everything producers are looking for,” a well-placed source told the publication.

“She’s funny, relatable, successful and audiences already feel like they know her.”
The source added that she would make “incredible television” because watchers at home would “genuinely be invested” in seeing her get back into the saddle.
Bickmore has been at the centre of romance rumours over the past few years, most recently being romantically linked to her radio co-host Tommy Little and former Bachelorette winner Lee Elliott.
However, the mum-of-three has kept her personal life private since her highly-publicised 2023 split from ex-husband Chris Walker.
But according to the insider, Bickmore hasn’t ruled out finding love on the screen.
“Dating hasn’t exactly been easy and she’s been trying to think outside the box,” the source told Woman’s Day, adding that her friends have been telling her that she deserves someone who “matches her energy”.
“If the timing and the format feels right, she wouldn’t be afraid to take a chance on love.”

One person who may not be too on board with the idea is her 18-year-old son Ollie.
According to the insider, the youngster wants his mum to find love, but the idea of watching her date on national television “makes him cringe a little”.
