Nicole Kidman has shed light on life after her highly publicised split from Keith Urban – while subtly addressing the romance rumours surrounding her.
Nicole Kidman has revealed she is “embracing love” as she navigates life following her highly publicised divorce from Keith Urban.
The Aussie actress, who was married to the Blue Ain’t Your Colour crooner for 19 years, announced their split in November last year before finalising their divorce in January, citing “irreconcilable differences”.
The couple share two daughters together, Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15, with Kidman acting as the primary residential parent and Urban seeing the kids every second weekend.

Now, the 59-year-old Moulin Rouge! actress has sat down with British Vogue to reflect on the past year being single – while hinting at a new love in her life.
When it comes to professional and domestic matters, Kidman admitted she adopts a “feelings first” approach, adding: “I’m far more feeling-centred and I lead with my heart.”
“I can still approach things intellectually. But my desire is not to be ruled by my head, I’ve always wanted to live a well-examined life, so what does that entail?
“Trying things, making mistakes, failing, getting back up, moving on, embracing love, staying open, keeping the heart open and the possibilities.”
Following what has been a difficult year for the Babygirl actress, Kidman confessed that she “didn’t expect this”, adding: “I had a different view of what my life was going to be, but this is what it is now.”
“You make all these plans and you have all these ideas of what it’s all going to be like and then it’s… not.”
She affirmed: “You have to adjust. You adapt. The future, it’s completely unknown to me right now.”
It comes after Kidman sent the rumour mill into overdrive after being pictured enjoying poolside drinks with a wealthy American businessman.
Two weeks ago, images were published showing the rumoured couple laughing together and chatting on a balcony while holidaying in Portofino, Italy.
The sighting followed weeks of speculation that the actress had been dating a “high-profile businessman” with ties to the entertainment industry.
He has since been identified by Page Six as Michael Reinstein, the 55-year-old founder, chairman and chief investment officer of The Regent, an international private equity firm.
