Tammy Hembrow is saying goodbye to her waterfront Gold Coast property.

But if eager fans were hoping to take a peek inside the social media star’s multimillion-dollar mansion, they’re out of luck.

The fitness influencer, 32, has quietly imposed a strict no public open homes policy as she prepares to offload her sprawling Broadbeach Waters estate after six years.

Instead, prospective buyers must pass a vetting process before being granted access to the waterfront property, with inspections conducted only via private appointments or tightly controlled viewing schedules.

Tammy purchased the double-storey residence for $2.88million in 2020, settling on the prestige property just weeks after signing the contract.

Since then, the home has regularly appeared in her Instagram posts, TikTok videos and family updates shared with Tammy’s 18million followers.

Marketed as a ‘Timeless Main River Haven’, the property sits on a sprawling 979sqm block boasting an impressive 30.6 metres of Nerang River frontage, with panoramic skyline views and security gates shielding the home from prying eyes.

While it doesn’t yet have a price guide, properties in the area have a median price of $2.6million.

It’s the same home she once shared with former fiancé Matt Poole, the father of her youngest daughter Posy, before their split.

More recently, the property played host to her whirlwind romance with Love Island star Matt Zukowski.

The pair stunned fans when they called it quits in June 2025, just seven months after exchanging vows in a lavish Byron Bay wedding.

Tammy also made headlines last year after sharing TikTok videos filmed at the property featuring ex-partner Reece Hawkins and their children Saskia and Wolf, later revealing she had attempted to rekindle their relationship.

Now, with 23-year-old model boyfriend Grayson Te Moana on the scene and following the closure of her eight-year activewear label Saski, the influencer appears ready for another fresh start.

Tammy is listing the property as Australia’s housing market shows signs of cooling following years of record growth.

However, Broadbeach Waters remains one of the Gold Coast’s strongest performers, with local house values surging 10.6 per cent over the past year.

According to the listing, the home offers a ‘luxe French flavour with a touch of Mediterranean flair’.

A travertine-tiled riverside terrace overlooks an oversized swimming pool, firepit and private boat ramp, creating what agents describe as the ultimate entertainer’s retreat.

Tammy closed her activewear business Saski in December, and there are reports she may close her supplements company Selfish Supps soon.

Tammy launched the women’s sports nutrition brand in April 2025 with her sisters Emilee and Amy.

However, a look at the Instagram account for the supplement brand shows that no posts have been made on the page since April 11.

The Hembrow sisters had been posting consistently on the account until then, with the final upload a core workout led by Tammy.

Selfish has also seemingly failed to attract meaningful engagement online, with uploads garnering only a handful of comments, despite having 16,700 followers.

The final video uploaded by Tammy only featured three comments – one of which was negative.
